The CM-H8C is a true large 1inch diaphragm Cardioid studio condenser microphone with an external bass roll-off switch and switchable 10 dB attenuator. Its dual 1 diameter membrane capsule. produces. three polar patterns - omnidirectional, cardioid and figure 8 which are selectable by a switch located on the microphone body. This microphone is ideal for studio recording, broadcast and live sound applications. It provides the user with excellent features including high sensitivity, wide bandwidth, precision sound at very low distortion, a large dynamic range, and low noise. An excellent 142 dB SPL makes this microphone ideal for extremely high sound pressure level sound reproduction and recording.

Superlux PRO-248 Dynamic Vocal Supercardioid

The Superlux PRO-248 is a traditional ball head dynamic vocal mic with good gain before feedback and a very reasonable price. It has the traditional sound of the better competitive ball head dynamic vocal mics such as the Shure Beta58. The PRO-248 has a rubber ring around the head to help absorb bangs, and a rubber ring around the upper portion of the body which makes it very nice to handle. If you are looking for a mic with the traditional vocal sound such as you would expect to get from a Shure Beta58 but at a more reasonable price, you have found what you are looking for.
